Dr. Jerson's journey to becoming a renowned orthopedic surgeon began in Russia, where he completed his MBBS . His quest for excellence led him to secure a prestigious postgraduate seat at Mysore Medical College in Karnataka through the All India Medical Examination. Determined to further his expertise, Dr. Jerson passed another rigorous All India examination to gain admission to the PG DNB program at Saifee Hospital in Mumbai.

Upon completing his qualifications, Dr. Jerson was promoted to Senior OT Registrar at Saifee Hospital, under the guidance of famous surgeon Dr.Shakir S. Kapadia, where he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of complex orthopedic procedures. His dedication to mastering his craft was evident when he embarked on an intense year-long training under the guidance of the renowned surgeon Dr. Sandeep Biraris. Dr. Jerson traveled extensively across Maharashtra with his team to many hospitals all over mumbai and outskirts performing intricate surgeries and building a reputation for excellence.
